{"id":8631,"date":"2006-06-28T17:36:16","date_gmt":"2006-06-28T20:36:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sinpecpf.org.br\/site\/manifesto-dos-servidores-do-pec-da-srsp\/"},"modified":"2006-06-28T17:36:16","modified_gmt":"2006-06-28T20:36:16","slug":"manifesto-dos-servidores-do-pec-da-srsp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sinpecpf.org.br\/site\/manifesto-dos-servidores-do-pec-da-srsp\/","title":{"rendered":"Manifesto dos servidores do PEC da SR\/SP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><i><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">\u201cNo dia 28.06.2006 foi realizada Reuni\u00e3o dos Servidores do Plano Especial de Cargos, para discutir a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da categoria na Sede e demais Superintend\u00eancias, motivada pelas not\u00edcias de que os referidos servidores n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o contemplados na Medida Provis\u00f3ria concessiva de aumento \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal.<?xml:namespace prefix =\" o\" ns =\" \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\"\" \/><\/font><\/font><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><i><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Nesta Reuni\u00e3o, foi deliberado que, por ora, n\u00e3o paralisaremos nossas atividades, por\u00e9m nos manteremos em estado de alerta caso uma paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de protesto venha a se fazer necess\u00e1ria em face da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da referida MP.<\/font><\/font><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><i><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>\u00c9 preciso deixar claro que a atual situa\u00e7\u00e3o salarial dos servidores do PEC \u00e9 incompat\u00edvel com a relev\u00e2ncia da fun\u00e7\u00e3o exercida no Departamento e a compet\u00eancia com que \u00e9 realizada. \u00c9 not\u00f3ria a melhoria do n\u00edvel de qualidade dos trabalhos no DPF desde que os servidores administrativos admitidos no \u00faltimo concurso vieram a <span>&nbsp;<\/span>substituir os contratados, somando sua boa qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 experi\u00eancia e tarimba dos mais antigos. \u00c9 lament\u00e1vel que parte significativa deste novo contingente sequer apresente-se para a posse dada a precariedade salarial da categoria, sem contar os muitos que pedem exonera\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s poucos meses de trabalho.
